"Terror groups and their activities impacts communities and the nation negatively, frontline communities bear the great effect of these terror activities, in my meet the people tour to mobilize for the upcoming census, I had the opportunity to inspect the destruction of a communication mast by Alshabaab in Hulugho subcounty. Destruction of communication facilities by terror organisations is a strategy to control information flow and limit external interactions. As the political leadership of the area we shall work with other actors to make sure phone communication is restored, " Abdi Noor's Facebook post read.
