Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has once again declared that he will not be backing Deputy President William Ruto's presidential bid in 2022.
Speaking on Sunday, the lawmaker made it clear that he will not be on the DP's side as he will also be in the same race for the presidency.
He, therefore, made it clear that he will exit Jubilee Party before 2022 polls, to chart a different path ahead of the poll.
"Not at all, am going to be in Jubilee up to 2022," he said on Sunday's Punchline show hosted by K24's Ann Kiguta.
Asked why he does not find it fit to fight for space within Jubilee to vie for the presidency, the MP said that the party is already under capture.
He predicted that the already ongoing fights within the party can only worsen, foreseeing a 'bloodbath' within the ruling block before 2022.
"Jubilee is under capture by the Kieleweke and Tangatanga. It's going to be a bloodbath, it's going to be vicious," he said.
So intense have the fights been lately that members of the two factions have been involved in exchanges, with Kieleweke claiming to support President Uhuru Kenyatta and Tangatanga in support of his deputy William Ruto.
