A video showing Kirinyaga Woman Representative Wangui Ngirici exchanging strong words with an angry motorist has emerged online.
In the video, the Ngirici looks on as the incensed motorist hurls angry words at her.
It is not clear what triggered the bitter exchange but the man shouting at the Kirinyaga legislator can be heard telling her to follow traffic rules.
He can also be heard saying that Ngirici wanted to punch him yet she was the one on the wrong.
"And you are coming here to try and punch me, " he says.
Two vehicles, one belonging to the legislator and another one belonging to the angry motorist can be seen in the video facing each other.
This is not the first time prominent people in society have been caught up in road drama.
Renowned political activist Boniface Mwangi has shared a number of videos showing him confronting high profile individuals allegedly violating traffic rules.
The Kirinyaga Woman Rep at the time of going to the press had not commented on the video.
Ngirici caused quite a stir in the build-up to the 2017 general elections as she unleashed top-of-the-range vehicles in her campaigns.
