Kapsabet Boys and Moi Girls High School Eldoret, have performed extremely well in the 2019 KCSE results, and maintained their status as top schools in the Rift Valley region.

Kapsabet boys managed to secure 49 A plains, and also produced the best student nationally; Buluma Wabuko Tonny. 

In addition, the school also produced the third best student in the country; David Odhiambo.

Elsewhere, Moi Girlss was among the top ten schools with the highest number of grade A plain, managing 21 straight As.

In overall, 627 candiates nationally managed to secure grade A, while 5,769 managed to get A-.

125,746 candidates managed the minimum grade C+, which is required for the direct entry into the public universities.
