The KFCB boss claimed that the song promotes violence against women and termed it immoral.

A section of the Kenyans on Twitter (KOT) sided with Ezekiel Mutua citing that indeed the the song was immoral and it was right for it to be banned.

They argued that it was high time Kenyan artists deviated away from sexual content and instead focus on producing good content.

The netizens further applauded Mutua for always being on the watch and an advocate of morality.

The new Kenyan genre of music dubbed 'Gengetone' was also on the spot as some of the netizens criticized it for being too sexual.

There were however those who did not feel that it was right for the song to be banned. According to this group of people, the young artists were simply trying to earn a living and therefore they should not be criticized for it.
