The alleged relationship between Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko's daughter Saumu Mbuvi and Lamu senator Anwar Loitiptip may be getting serious.
This is after Saumu introduced Anwar to her daughter.
Sonko's shared a photo in which the senator is seen holding her baby whom she got from a past relationship.
The caption of the photo indicated that the three may now be a family.
“Call it a clan, call it a network, call it a tribe, call it a family: Whatever you call it, whoever you are, you need one. Yet it is not defined by our genes but it is built and maintained through love and respect,” Saumu wrote on Instagram as quoted by SDE.
A few weeks ago, she wrote a sweet message addressed to the legislator which sparked relationship rumours.
The two had been attacked by goons and Saumu was appreciating the senator's effort to protect her during the attack.
“Hi future, thank you for putting your life before mine, for standing by me, advising me and always being there for me...you will forever be my best friend. Wishing you quick recovery hun,” Saumu's message on Instagram read.
A month ago, she had responded to allegations from a section of netizens that she was dating many men.
