A man named Enock Kipkoech was murdered by another, Geoffrey Kimeto after differences erupted between them as they were drinking in a local Changaa den known as Kap Sarah. Kimetto will, therefore, appear before the court on 5th of February 2020 in Nakuru law courts to answer murder charges filed against him.
Residents of Ainamoi location in Kuresoi South are now calling upon the Ministry of Interior to come to their aid after a known serial killer murdered a middle-aged man in a chang'aa drinking den.
The residents blame the laxity of the Nyumba Kumi and the area chief in eradicating the many Changaa dens in the locality and nows calls on the interior cabinet secretary to assist them in eradicating the killer brew . Kimeto has since been arrested and taken to Keringet police station as he waits to be taken to court.
Speaking at the scene of the crime (Kap Sarah ) where angry residents had gathered, the area chief urged them to remain calm as the law takes its course. "Remain calm the killer has been arrested and the law will take it's course here henceforth, we shall begin a mob up to clear all the sellers of the illicit brew ", David Koros said.
