Wendy Waeni's ex-manager Joe Mwangi on Tuesday took to Twitter to reveal the amount of money the young acrobat was paid while the two were working together.
This is after Wendy Waeni accused Mr Mwangi of defrauding her and leaving her family penniless despite performing for various presidents across the world.
Among the presidents that Wendy Waeni performed for is Rwandan President Paul Kagame. In a tweet shared on Tuesday by Mwangi, he revealed that the young girl was paid Sh500,000 for the performance out of which he received Sh100,000.
"How much did Mama Wendy get from this meeting? She received 500k (in dollars, USD 5000) from H.E. She was told to go & open a business. As a manager, she gave me 20% (100k). How she used the 400k is none of my business, is it? Mwangi wrote on Twitter.
According to Joe Mwangi, Waeni's family has been receiving money for her performances contrary to allegations levelled against him.
"Has Wendy been receiving what she deserves? The answer is YES, am not the one saying it. Her mother admitted yesterday on @RadioJamboKenya. So what changed from "We have never received a penny for 5yrs" to "Nimekua nikipata kidogo kama elfu ishirini"....Nonsense," Joe Mwangi's tweet read.
This comes a few hours after Joe Mwangi accused Wendy Waeni's mother of using Sh100, 000 intended for Waeni's school fees on alcohol.
