The vocal legislator argued that disabled persons are human beings who must be not be discriminated.
"I will soon start helping disabled people in the constituency to start small businesses and be independent to provide for their needs. As the area MP, I'm focused to give locals the best leadership," said Osoro.
The MP who is among the members in the Tangatanga faction of the Jubilee party further noted that even disabled people voted for him during the August 8, 2017, polls.
He noted that children living with disability in the constituency must be taken to school arguing that it is through education that the dreams of children can be realized.
