Nairobi County senator revealed that he was to be the president as for the age of age 8.

While answering a question that was posed to him by Jeff at Citizen TV, Sakaja said that for the first time, he told his dad that he want to be the president and his dad started calling him sir Johnson.

In an interview on Wednesday, Sakaja said that he has ambition of becoming of becoming Kenya's president, because according to him, a politician without ambition is like a musician without passion.

He also revealed that due to the burden that was put upon him by his father, he participating in leadership as from primary school to University.

"Honestly I keep telling you, a politician without ambition is like a musician without passion. The crowd will see it obviously, you'll lack rhythm and no one will be excited about them. Of course I have ambition, not even at Lenana, when I was 8 years old I wanted to be president.... I used to say it and my dad used to call my sir Johnson, Prime Minister. 

"I didn't know with BBI, we would have a position of a Prime Minister. He used to call me that and so he gave me that burden, and so when I was in primary school I was the head boy, I was in leadership in Lenana school and also in University of Nairobi SONU. So Of course I have ambitions but I never let my ambitions cloud what I have to do today," Sakaja said
