Matungulu Member of Parliament Stephen Mule has said plans are underway to ensure stock theft menace in Koma area, is dealt with.
Speaking in Koma on Saturday, Mule said the problem will be dealt with digitally.
"We won't need to ask questions about where the cows were seen. We will do things differently by going digital to ensure stock theft in Komarock is a thing of the past," said Mule.
"I was called at 3am and remember I told you that anyone who will be caught will not be spared. Those who are stealing from us the anti-stock theft officers are on their radar, soon they will be caught," he added.
He urged residents not to live in fear, but ensure they give information about the incidents.
Complaints regarding animal theft has been on the rise in the area, over the past month.
On matters roads, Mule said the national government was aware that many roads needed fixing.
He said they have engaged the National Youth Service through their engineering team, to ensure the roads are repaired.
"I want to call upon the governor and your MCAs, stop hiding, come to the people and know the problems affecting your people. I can repair roads but not all of them, those belonging to you, you must repair," he said.
