Former Nairobi County gubernatorial aspirant Miguna Miguna finally arrived in Canada on Thursday from Berlin.
In a tweet, Miguna said that in Europe, he is a free man as he travels freely, an apparent reference to a red flag that the Kenyan government has issued against him.
The controversial lawyer also thanked all the freedom fighters from different parts of the world for their support in the last 2 years, while in exile.
He, however, confirmed his stand of not surrendering to President Uhuru Kenyatta and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
"Just arrived in Toronto from Berlin. No "red alerts" in Asia, Europe and North America. Thanks to freedom fighters from all over the world for their solidarity during my 2-years of torture and exile. I will never surrender to Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga," Miguna tweeted.
He assured those intimidating him that he will never be shaken, as he remains focused and committed to the struggle of justice, liberty and equality of all Kenyans.
Despite the failure of his effort to travel to Kenya, Miguna said that at the end of all this, justice shall triumph over injustice.
"...can bleat and shout all they want but I will remain unshaken, focused and committed to the struggle for justice, liberty and equality of all Kenyans. The struggle will and must continue because, in the end, justice shall triumph over injustice, evil and tyranny," he noted, in another tweet.
