Former Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale has responded after city lawyer Donald Kipkorir launched a scathing attack on him claiming he is paid to insult former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
Kipkorir insinuated that since Khalwale failed to return to Parliament, he has been depending on handouts to fight forces perceived to be opposed to Deputy President William Ruto.
"When Bony Khalwale sees off his many children to their various schools, does he tell them the truth of his work? Does he tell he’s no longer an MP? Does he tell them that if he doesn’t abuse Raila Odinga, denigrate BBI, Handshake and Dynasties everyday, he won’t receive payment?" Kipkorir posed.
In a rejoinder on Friday, the former Senator refused to be drawn into the matter saying he does not argue with characters of low Intelligence Quotient (IQ).
"Bro, the more you rant, the more your tirades confirm your ailment, i.e, railamania. My children that you hoped to bully are my exact replica. We don't flinch from a tweet by a two digit IQ scholar. They're studying at Faculties of the UON (University of Nairobi) that admit only students with 3 digit IQ," he tweeted.
Kipkorir fired back explaining he made the conclusion that Khalwale is paid to attack the ODM boss due to the recent remarks he has been making on social media and public gatherings directed at Raila.
The lawyer, however, denied his tweet was meant to bully or insult Khalwale's children.
"Bony, your tweets everyday shows a psychotic mind .... You can’t wake up every day to insult Raila and look for funerals every weekend to continue insults .... Unlike you, I didn’t insult your family: I asked what you tell them your source of income is ...You have sank so low!" Kipkorir posted.
