Some eleven women were on Thursday night arrested in Nyali estate, Mombasa while shooting pornographic movies.
Mombasa Police Commander Johnson Ipara has confirmed the incident.
He said that the suspects were found with sex toys and other weird items when police stormed the house where they were undertaking the heinous act.
Preliminary reports indicate that a man and woman are behind the saga.
The two suspects were also nabbed by the police pending investigations into the matter.
According to police, all the suspects in the porn syndicate are believed to be Kenyans although they are still interrogating them to establish their true identities.
Ipara said that they also had computers, laptops, and vibrators during the shooting.
“We also seized 15 laptops and 10 computers which we believe were being used in their indecent activities,” said Mr Ipara.
He also condemned the incident and asked parents to be vigilant on their children.
The suspects were taken to the Nyali Police Station where they held before they appear in court to respond to charges leveled against them.
The man and woman will be arraigned in court for engaging in porn shooting and also luring the women into indecent acts. The incident has continued to elicit mixed reactions from different factions
