North Rift Kenya African National Union (KANU) youths have welcomed the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) forum meeting in Eldoret scheduled for February 16, 2020.

According to Uasin Gishu KANU secretary general Oliver Kibor the forum will help them present their proposal on youth empowerment and leadership exclusivity .

“As KANU leaders from the North Rift we welcome BBI forum schedule for February 16th, 2020 this will be an opportunity for us to present our opinion and critical issues to be entailed in the forthcoming referendum,” said Kibor.

Kibor who spoke to the press in Eldoret town on Thursday said BBI report is going to create job opportunities and platform to address problems that have been wreaking youths in the country.

Speaking to press yesterday in Eldoret drumming up for KANU party leader Gideon Moi for the presidency, they blamed poor governance for failing to established inclusive and favorable policies to support and better the lives of the youths.

“It has taken longer for the voices of the youths to be heard the forum will help us face our leaders with matter about youths,” added the Uasin Gishu KANU, secretary-general.

He noted that the National government through BBI should set youths' agendas as a priority developing resourceful utilities such as stadia to nurture youths' talents.

Kibor called on all youths across the country  to support the BBI report saying it has more good things for the youths and will benefit fully.
