Former Mukurweini MP Kabando wa Kabando insists the Building Bridges Initiative team failed to tackle three important issues.
BBI team is set to move around the country next year to explain some of the recommendations they made pending a referendum.
And Mr Kabando says the team did not adequately address inclusivity, divisive elections and war against corruption.
Already, Kabando's team from Mt Kenya wants Kenya to embrace a parliamentary system which they believe will solve divisive elections in Kenya.
"Team @TheRealBBI did a very good job. But in MY VIEW seriously failed to boldly address 3 issues: INCLUSIVITY, DIVISIVE ELECTIONS & #WARonGRAFT. Let’s deal past mega scams eg #KrollReport that “exported” our GDP. Let’s seek a NATIONAL LEADERSHIP RAINBOW. Let’s boldly refresh," he tweeted.
"BBIReport should revisit 1963 & 2002 rainbows. Elections Party lists predetermined. It stabilizes inclusive coalitions, spurs manifesto/ideology. Curb Betrayals & executive manipulation of parliament. 2day bunge appendage. Key leaders NOT endorsed by colleagues, are imposed," he added.
President Uhuru Kenyatta recently asked all Kenyans to first read the Building Bridges Initiative report before making final recommendations.
ODM party on Wednesday denied claims that it's pushing for a powerful Prime Minister under the Parliamentary system of government.
