Makes bones healthier. Moringa is rich in calcium and phosphorous which are important minerals for the health of your bones. In addition to the minerals, Moringa has anti-inflammatory properties which play to assist in the healing of damaged bones.

Reduces high blood pressure .Moringa extracts have been found to contain isothiocyanate and niaziminin, which serve to reduce the thickening of the artery walls and reducing the fats deposited along the arteries hence streamlining the flow of blood through them.
