The cause may range from internet configuration, the router and probably the Bluetooth.

If you are having such problems this is how to fix them;

1. Turn your WiFi off and on

Maybe there might be a problem with your WiFi connection. Try toggling the WiFi by going to your setting and select WiFi, turn it off and then on after waiting for 30 seconds to establish a proper connection. 

2. Switch off Bluetooth

If you can't connect to the internet, check Bluetooth. Bluetooth can interfere with WiFi connection or signal. If you need to use WiFi, turn off Bluetooth on your device. Simply go to setting and select Bluetooth, then turn it off.

 3. Restart your phone

Hanging problems have been linked to a poor internet connection. Your phone might be hanging due to various reasons, so try rebooting it to clear caches and then turn on your WiFi. Chances are that it will connect. 

4. Forget the WiFi network and reconnect. 

This will help you clear the saved networks that you connected in the recent pasts. Try erasing these networks by forgetting the WiFi network and reconnect. 

5. Restart your router

Check your router as well. The problem might not be in the device but the router. Restart it.
