Bongo artist Diamond Platnumz on Sunday gifted his Kenyan girlfriend Tanasha Donna and his mother Sanura Kasimu brand new cars as they celebrated their birthdays.
The singer said that he is delighted the two women who matter most in his life share the same birthday.
The birthday event attracted celebrities from different East African countries.
Speaking at the event, the 'Kanyaga' singer announced that Tanasha was expecting a child with him. He said that he has been silent about the whole issue but noted it is now time to let the cat out of the basket. Diamond also revealed that he is happy to have found Donna.
The talented singer said that Donna is the best thing that has ever happened to him. He also took the opportunity to thank his fans for the continued support they have given him as he pursues his career in music.
Their strong family ties were evident during the birthday celebration as his father Abdul Juma also attended the event.
Juma and his son reunited after years of a bitter split. The singer had been accusing his father of abandoning the mother before their reconciliation. He has since been spotted with the family on several occasions.
