Nakuru's Chicken Baristo has finally opened doors to members of the public through its new second branch.
The new Chicken Baristo situated at the CBD just opposite Nakuru Sports club and adjacent to Gilanis Supermarket is a plus to the Nakuru residents as far as hospitality is concerned.
The restaurant offers delicious meals, coffee, burgar and pizza, full English breakfast, Baristo breakfast, baristo cakes, Swahili breakfast, fruit salad, fresh juices, shake dates as well as shakes among the many varieties at an affordable price.
This is the second Chicken Baristo Restaurant after the other one situated just opposite Nakuru Central Police station.
Speaking on Tuesday during the official opening of the restaurant, Chicken Baristo Proprietor Mr.Bashir Abdulrahman said the hotel industry in Nakuru is a major boost towards city status.
Mr.Abdulrahman lauding the County Government of Nakuru for the continued support to the hospitality industry.
The Business tycoon appealing to investors to also consider Nakuru County as their centre of investment.
“We started our small branch here in Nakuru and we saw the overwhelming customers and that is why we decided to open the new branch. Actually, Nakuru has a potential and we call on investors to come and invest here” he said.
A similar sentiment echoed by Nakuru County Executive Committee Member for Trade, Industry and marketing Raymond Komen.
The CEC who graced the event accompanied by Chief Officer Mr Hussein Mohammed Adan lauding Chicken Baristo for choosing to invest in Nakuru county.
He reiterated the county Government’s commitment towards ensuring a condusive environment for trade and investment.
The CEC revealing that the government will continue to support the hospitality sector through the Tourism Fund.
“First and foremost is to congratulate Chicken Baristo and assure them of our support. The government through the Tourism Fund will continue to support the hospitality sector” he said.
The event was also graced by Nominated MCAs Zeitun Ibrahim and Rose Njoroge among other guests.
