It began when Milicent Auma left her husband Christopher Bwire with whom they have been living in Siroba village, Matayos constituency, and moved in with Kevin Barasa.

Auma and Bwire had two children, but she decided to wall out to escape marital wrangles and joined Barasa, who has three children, in his home in Namwisutla in Butula constituency.

On the other side, Barasa too had been had been having similar issues with his wife Lilian Weta, whom he kicked out upon the arrival of the new wife, Auma.

Weta on Monday said that Barasa told her to go marry Bwire, and after consulting with her brother and sister, she proceeded to Bwire's home, after calling it quits with Barasa.

"My husband told me to go look for Auma's husband and marry him. I asked him if he would be comfortable with me finding a new husband. He said yes," she is quoted by the Standard.

She later located Bwire who accepted her and told her to go collect her belongings and join him, with both men now saying that they are happy with their new women.

“It is either me or him who will regret afterwards but for now I am happy with my new catch,” said Bwire, as Barasa said that he has no problem as long as Weta is happy in her new marriage.
