A healthy relationship is characterised by honesty, love, care support and trust. 'Ghosting' involves stopping any form of communication with someone without an explanation.

'Ghosting' isn't a good idea though it is an inevitable part of any relationship. This is attributed to the fact that people have different beliefs, opinions, and options.

'Ghosting' really hurts but it can be a healthy decision to take when you find yourself in the following scenarios.

1. If you realise that someone is a liar and manipulative

Once you realise that your partner is trying to manipulate you or they do not care about your well being and are fond of being disrespectful, you owe no explanation to leave.

A partner who will never accept and take responsibility for their mistakes doesn't deserve to be with you.

2. When your partner is abusive.

A person who does not truly love you might turn to be abusive, chaotic and disastrous. You have no explanation to give about your whereabouts once you leave someone who abuses you either emotionally or physically.

3. If your boundaries have been violated

Do not hurt yourself trying to please a person who does not see your worth. A person who constantly spends time with their ex despite having a conversation about the issue, steals from you or regularly disrespects you does not deserve to be with you.
