Celebrated Tanzanian talent and artiste manager Joel Vincent Joseph popularly known as Mr Puaz has been named the winner of the Supportive Gentleman at the Starqt awards.
Mr Puaz was awarded in South Africa on Saturday.
In a photo shared with Hivisasa, Mr Puaz said the award is dedicated to everyone who has been supportive to him throughout the year.
''And we won MOST SUPPORTIVE MAN at @starqtawards . I wanna thank each one of you who took time to vote for me and believe in me even for those who didn't. This is for all of you,'' he said.
The Starqt awards recognize personalities that have done well in business, unsung heroes, entertainment, lifestyle and sports with its mission being to unite, acknowledge, recognise, celebrate and reward persons that have positively impacted their societies.
Mr Puaz's stand out work throughout the year saw him get two nominations, that is "Best African Talent/Artist Manager" category in the African Entertainment Awards, USA and "Supportive Man of The Year" under STARQT Awards in South Africa where he came second to none.
The artist manager who has worked with several musicians in East Africa during a past interview revealed his intention to venture into the Kenyan music industry.
"I haven't worked with any but I endorse Masauti and Khaligraph (Sijawahifanya na yeyote but namkubali sana Masauti na Khaligraph)," said Mr Puaz.
