Highly celebrated Tanzanian singer Diamond Pltanumz is dancing to his 'competitions' tune, a few weeks after he mocked them.

Earlier this month, Diamond attacked his perceived enemies and competitors for hating his success in music.

He said he was to deal with them and make sure they end up charging miserable entry fees to their shows.

The singer was targeting Clouds Media's Fiesta Festival that was held on 8th December after they had only charged Sh250 as entry fee.

Diamond's arch-rivals, Harmonize and Ali Kiba, were among those who performed at the show.

The 'Baba Lao' hitmaker said some Tanzanians were not happy with his success before he promised to push them to the wall until they end up with no more to say.

".....and this time round they will lower charges to Tsh100 (Ksh20), tell them on Dec 7th I will be filling up a stadium in G.Bissau, 20th in Cameroon and on 25th Kigoma (na Round hii watashusha Viingilio Mpaka viwe shilingi Mia !!...Wambie Jumamosi Dec 7 naujaza Uwanja wa GUINÉ BISSAU... Dec 20th Uwanja wa DOUALA CAMEROON.... half Tareh 25 Dec Naujaza Uwanja wa LAKE TANGANYIKA Stadium KIGOMA!...waje tena kisirisiri kujifunza, kama Walivyokuja ya Dar)," read the singer's post in part.

Surprisingly, Diamond on Thursday said he will be joining his Wasafi Records colleague, Rayvanny, at Mbeya town within Tanzania, where they will be holding a free show.

"For showing how I value you, on Dec 25 I will be in Mbeya during Rayvanny's homecoming party at Sokoine Stadium, and for showing how much I value you, I have asked Rayvanny not to charge you anything, the free show should be one of my thanksgiving to my fans, for supporting WCB.

This is ironical considering he mocked his competitors for charging a low entry fee, but then ended up charging nothing in his show.
