Despite the current hot debate around King Kaka's song 'Wajinga Nyinyi', the heat will be gone in the next few weeks, political analyst Brian Weke has said.
King Kaka alias Rabbit had been all over the headlines lately, courtesy if the song where he brands Kenyans fools for making poor political decisions during elections.
Weke says that though it appears to have provoked the thinking of of Kenyans, it will not in any way change them and by the end of the festive season, they will have forgotten.
He termed Kenyan a funny and forgetful country where people go back to their old thinking almost immediately after a warning.
"This King Kaka issue is currently a heated debate, but when we come back from Christmas it will be gone. Kenyans are very funny, they forget very we quickly (Hii mambo ya King Kaka saa hii imewaka moto lakini wacha tuende Christmas turudi itakuwa imeisha. Wakenya are very funny, they forget very quickly," he said on Wednesday night.
He spoke on Radio Jambo's Mazungumzo Waziwazi, also attended by Thirdway Alliance Secretary General Frederick Okango, Democratic Party (DP) Deputy Leader Irungu Nyakera and political strategist David Osiany.
He also faulted those now heaping part the blame of the country's worsening economy on ODM leader Raila Odinga, who is working closely with President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The former Embakasi West parliamentary hopeful said that the blame should instead be heaped on Deputy President William Ruto, who appears not to begetting his share.
"People should not involve the handshake in the worsening economy, Raila is not in government, the government is for Uhuru and Ruto (Watu wasilete mambo ya handshake kwa uchumi kuzoroteka, Raila hayuko kwa serikali, serikali ni ya Uhuru na Ruto)," he added.
