In a series of tweets on Tuesday, Kisiang'ani said that the experts are not known to the public yet Orengo is aware of their names. He said that he reads mischief in the whole story of the BBI report implementation. He also said that the budget of the BBI team remains another subject of great concern.

"Listening to Senator Orengo @citizentvkenya talk about BBI, the distance between men this project has increased sixfold. He says there is already a committee of experts which is neither known to Bunge nor public. He says there is a BBI budget which Bunge has not allocated! No!," he tweeted.

He also said that he is left in deep shock to notice that Orengo can make remarks which are unconstitutional and still stands to defend himself over the same.

"Senator @ORENGOJ says the constitution of the BBI One team followed widespread consultations n similar consultations have bn made to choose members of Committee of experts. Surely Senator? I thought you are a fan of Articles 1, 10 n Chapter 4 of our Katiba. Shocking," he said in another tweeted.

During an interview with Citizen on Tuesday night, Orengo said that the BBI term of experts is in place. He further revealed that the Sh.10 Billion for the BBI was approved by the President.

"It is the President who talked about 10B money for the BBI. As to the meetings that are taking place in counties, they are using funds originated from counties on account of public participation," he said.
