In a tweet, Kipkorir said that the leaders from the Mt Kenya region have proven that they are hypocrites after they lamenting about the rule of law 55 years down the line since the nation gained independence.

He also said that the call for police not to be involved in issues of politics is pretense of the highest order.

The lawyer reminded the leaders that it is not all about tribes when it comes to matters of democracy.

He further said that other communities have been suffering in the past, adding that time has come for all Kenyans to unite against poor governance.

“Hypocrisy of TangaTanga MPs from Mount Kenya Region stinks to High Heavens if not to the bowels of Hell! After 55 Years of Independence, they now realize that: ~ There is Rule of Law ~ Police shouldn’t be involved in Politics ~ Tribe can’t be corralled Let them have Tear Gas!” he tweeted.

Kipkorir also said that it is clear that all is not well in the Mt Kenya region after the leaders started crying foul over the way the government has been treating them.

The remarks come after the leaders from the region raised concern over the arrest of Kiharu Member of Parliament Ndindi Nyoro.
