A patient at Nakuru level five hospital is nursing serious injuries after part of his manhood was allegedly cut by his wife at Free Area in the outskirts of Nakuru Town, following what is believed to be a domestic quarrel.
Reports on Nation indicate that the Saturday evening incident attracted the attention of neighbours who rushed to the victim's house, only to find him lying on the floor in a pool of blood.
"We immediately rushed him to hospital where he is recuperating," one of the neighbours said as quoted by Nation.
Doctors at the medical facility where the man is recuperating said he is out of danger as he is responding well to treatment.
"He suffered deep cuts on his private parts and head which we have stitched," a medical officer from the facility said.
Police officers from the area confirmed the incident adding that a hunt has been launched for the suspect.
"We are going to arrest the suspect as we are following crucial leads," one of the officers told the Nation.
