Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party has dismissed attempts by Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka to reconcile Raila Odinga and Moses Wetangula.
According to ODM chairman John Mbadi, there is no dispute between the two leaders.
“There is nothing like reconciling. You are reconciling who and who? I do not see any issue here and, since we have not registered any dispute between us and Ford-Kenya, what then?” asked Mr. Mbadi.
Mbadi said that Wetangula should show respect for Raila.
“All we did was that we asked Mr Wetang’ula to behave. It is him who made the unfortunate remarks about us.”
Mbadi statement came on Tuesday after Kalonzo met Wetangula as part of the reconciliation.
His sentiments were echoed by ODM director of political affairs Opiyo Wandayi.
Wetangula has accused Raila of engineering the fall of NASA when he decided to join hands with President Uhuru Kenyatta. He said that his party Ford-Kenya had pulled out of NASA.
The Bungoma Senator even went ahead to declare himself as the official opposition leader following his fall out with Raila Odinga.
