Pressure continues to be piled on Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission to deliver credible and transparent polls in Kibra by-election.
ODM on Tuesday warned that the commission risks possibility of being removed from office, claiming that it had failed to avail register for the constituency.
A section of the party leaders from Nyamira had on Tuesday advised Chairman Wafula Chebukati of incompetence, warning that he should quit before 2022.
And Mr Cosmo Choy alias Ombori Monari, accused Chebukati of undermining the people of Kenya by failing to execute his responsibilities.
"Chebukati deserves to be lynched. He can't water down the peace process we started. It's sad that he can't do basic things. This is incompetence of the highest magnitude," he said.
"We have seen his predecessors rigging and leaving us on earth. If he does it in Kibra, he will be lynched and this is a possibility," he added.
Mr Cosmo is one of renowned opposition activist in the US and has often mobilised Abagusii community in the diaspora to vote for Raila Odinga.
He accused Chebukati of working with unnamed forces to bungle Kibra polls. The activist all lashed at DP William Ruto, accusing of sabotaging handshake.
The IEBC boss released a statement on Wednesday, denying claims that the commission is unwilling to table the verified register.
