Nairobi County Woman Representative Esther Passaris has threatened to sue blogger Robert Alai over alleged defamation.
While poking holes into Nairobi leadership, Alai wasn't kind at Passaris, a move that has irked the Woman Representative.
Nairobi leadership is currently in shambles after an anti-corruption court barred Governor Sonko from accessing his office.
"With Sonko in custody, the Akiba Estate land grabber is back digging the piece of land. Sonko accused EACC head of investigations as being behind the grabbing of the piece of land. MP and MCA basically doing nothing," Alai said.
The renowned blogger went ahead and accused Passaris of promiscuity, but deleted the tweet a few minutes later.
The vocal ODM lawmaker has since directed her lawyers to follow up the matter and take relevant action against the lawyer.
"I have instructed my lawyers. Robert Alai will have his 'days of doom' sooner rather than later," Passaris said as quoted by the Star.
She said that she will peruse the matter and ensure that the blogger respects women and those in office.
"...It is honestly pathetic that over the years, he derives relevancy by attempting to demean my being and my stature to what's between my legs," she said.
In a quick rejoinder, Alai dared Passaris to go ahead and sue her.
"Why am I trending?... Passaris is looking for money through suits now? That's a better upgrade. I am happy to help her transition. Come baby come!!!" he posted.
