Tanzanian artist Rayavanny on Sunday urged Wasafi management to sit down with their client Harmonize alias Kondeboy, and sort out their issues.
Harmonize is currently at loggerhead with Diamond Platnumz's Wasafic Classic Baby Record label.
WCB Wasafi has recently been sidelining Harmonize, one of its best artists after it emerged that he was preparing his team Konde Gang so as to deviate from the label.
This current situation between the management and Harmonize is disturbing another WCB artist Rayvanny, who has come out to request that two parties solve their issues for the better of the record label.
Speaking in an interview on Sunday, Rayvanny agreed that both WCB management and Harmonize need each for them to grow.
He said that the current situation is causing enmity amongst their fans, with some taking it to social media to attack and abuse Harmonize for his stand with the label, while other fans are urging him to ditch the label.
"We are a family, we love each other so very much, and we have come from far, if there are issues, differences, such like things are there, personally I don't like to see differences persist. (sisi ni familia, na tunapendana sana, umeelewa? Na tumetoka mbali sana ila kama kuna mikwaruzano, kupishana, kama kuna vitu gani vipo, mimi mwenyewe sipendi viendelee kuokea)," said Rayvanny.
He added that the moment they start separating, they won't manage to meet their targets.
Rayvanny said that his wish is to see WCB grow bigger and match the like of big companies like Sony, and for that to come true, it must keep its best artists.
