Citizen Radio presenter and popular actor Davis Mwabili alias Inspekta Mwala had his conduct questioned by his bosses in one of the morning show.
In a video making rounds on social media, which is believed to have been captured last week, Mwala is seen trying to kiss morning show co-host Melody Sinzore.
A commotion ensues in the studio, forcing Jeridah Andayi to intervene quickly. At that time, the three presenters were not on air since music was playing.
"Are you my wife or not? Huyu msichana ananizoea. You're taking this joke too far," Mwala is heard protesting as Andayi pushes him away.
"Melody (Sinzore) is too young and searching. Leave her alone. You keep on going live on radio that she's your wife. By the way, who can you even marry?" Andayi is heard saying.
The youthful Melody adds: "I told you yesterday on radio that those jokes should stop."
Mr Mwabili is among oldest presenters in the Royal Media owned radio and presents morning show. He is also the director of famous Inspekta Mwala entertainment show.
In his programme, he educates viewers about the role which police officers play in the society, besides also uplifting social security and morals.
The incident is one of the very many that takes behind the scenes in media houses. Early this year, Milele FM's Kaka Zema was also involved in a scuffle with a co-presenter.
