Rapper Nyashinski is officially off the market after he tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend Zia Bett or Zippy.
The singer, whose real name is Nyamari Ongegu made their union official in a traditional wedding ceremony held in Nandi county, edaily reports.
The event was attended by only invited guests who included close family members and friends.
During the colorful event, the bridegroom paid dowry as well as fulfilled other customary demands before departing with the lover.
The singer started dating the fashion stylist who is also the owner of Zia Collections, a fashion house, a couple of years back before they decided to settle down as husband and wife. The two lovebirds kept the relationship from the public domain before they broke the good news of their union.
Nyashinski has not been active on social media but he enjoys a huge fan base because of his good music.
The event also attracted celebrities from different corners of the country.
Some of the notable figures included talent manager Mr Fakii Liwali, Nameless, Sauti Sol’s Bien and Savara and Big Pin.
Hours after their wedding, photos of the newlyweds started doing rounds in social media. His fans have continued to stream him with messages of goodwill after the event.
