BrazilBrazil has four points from two games played. They have to win or draw their next game against Serbia to book a place in the knock out stage.
Switzerland too have 4 points in the same group, so should Brazil lose to Serbia and Switzerland wins or draws, they will be eliminated from the tournament.
ArgentinaArgentina suffered the worst defeat in the tournament so far. They recorded a draw against Iceland and a defeat of 3 nil to Croatia leaving them with one point in their group on the third position.
Argentina requires to win against Nigeria with as many goals as possible and hope that Iceland doesn’t win against Croatia. Nigeria need a win or draw to qualify.
GermanyGerman have three points from two matches. They were beaten in their opening match against Mexico, and survived a draw against Sweden with their late goal to win the match.
For them to proceed to the knock out stage, they have to win against South Korea and pray that Sweden doesn’t win or draw against Mexico. If they draw against South Korea and Sweden draws against Mexico, they will be out of the tournament.
SerbiaSerbia have three points in their group after two matches. They have to win against Brazil, who have four points to book a place in the knock out stage. If they draw or lose, that’s the end for them.
ColombiaColombia has three points from two matches. Both Japan and Senegal have four points from two matches. For Colombia to survive into the knock out stage, they have to win against Senegal. A draw against Senegal will be risky if Japan wins or draws in their next game. They have to win or if they draw, Japan should lose against Poland.
SenegalSenegal will need a point from their match against Colombia to proceed to the knock out stage. They have four points, same with Japan and only a point above Colombia. They need a draw or win against Colombia to proceed to the knock out stage.
NigeriaThe Super Eagles have three points from two matches. However, their life in the tournament depends on their coming game against Messi’s Argentina. They have to win or draw against Argentina to proceed to the knock out stage of the tournament.
