Drink a glass of water — A glass of water in the morning, cold or warm, jump starts your body. It ensures that your organs function smoothly throughout the day. Remember to keep yourself hydrated throughout the day.
Think of something you're grateful for/ excited about — Doing this might just give you enough reason to jump out of bed. It gives you something to look forward to.
Forget yesterday, focus on today — Still stressed about things that happened yesterday? Why? You can't change it so let it go.
Write something down — Did you have any good ideas or dreams while you were asleep? Note them down right away.
Your relaxed brain is open to ideas that you might not come up with while preoccupied with daytime activities so take advantage of any flashes of genius you might have.
