Nation Media Group-owned NTV has had turbulent times over the last few months amid mass exit of big-name journalists from the giant media house with Larry Madowo being the latest to leave.

The mass exodus may end up crippling operations at Twin Towers.

These are some of the top journalists who have left the Kimathi Street-based media house over the last six months;

Linus Kaikai

As NTV Manager, he was directly in charge of the TV section of NMG. And being a veteran in the field, Kaikai had a role to nurture talents. But after an alleged fallout with the management, he left in February.

Larry Madowo

A talented Anchor, Madowo was a weekend news presenter. Besides that, he used to host Sidebar talk show. He announced his resignation last Thursday.

Edmond Nyabola

He is remembered for the Top Sports show. He left the media house in February having served since 2013.

Jamila Mohamed

The talented Kiswahili presenter left the media house mid this month and joined Royal Media's Citizen TV. Before leaving, she was the longest-serving presenter at NTV having joined in 2004.

Wallace Kantai

The gifted Business news presenter and editor left late in 2017. He has since joined Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) as Communications Director.

Lolani Kalu

The multilingual deadlocked man was one of the most visible faces at NTV but was axed late last year when the media house was doing restructuring to maximize profits.

Emmanuel Juma

He is well known for the Bullseye fame. He was senior NTV news Editor but was axed last year.
