Over 7,000 voters from the Akamba community living in Nakuru county have pledged to support President Uhuru Kenyatta's presidential bid.
Led by Gerald Kilonzo and Ann King'otole, they said they have already done coordination activities in the county to ensure Uhuru wins the October 26, repeat polls.
King'otole said they will anchor their campaigns on Jubilee development record and progressive development blueprint to push for more votes for Uhuru.
Jubilee Party Nakuru chairman David Manyara welcomed the community into the party.
This comes two months after former Kitui senator and several other Kamba leaders pledge to support Uhuru's bid leaving the perceived Akamba defacto leader Kalonzo Musyoka's Wiper party.
