Wasafi Classic Baby (WCB) Records is one of the record labels one can think of when talking about success in the music industry in the East Africa region and even Africa at large.
Founder and WCB CEO Diamond Platnumz has tried his level best in ensuring his record label, besides producing good music, remains on top of the rank by always encouraging his members to put in more efforts in everything they take part in.
One of the key things that put WCB Records in high ranking is the efforts its members put in with their work. WCB members, starting from singers, Mbosso, Lava Lava, Queen Darlin, Rayvanny to producers, Lizer Classic and S2kizzy, are all dedicated artists.
It has been revealed that one of the key advice Diamond has been telling his crew is getting out of their comfort zone and do better.
This was revealed by one of WCB's producers, Lizer Classic, who on Sunday shared with Global TV, that Diamond always want them to be better.
"Putting in more efforts, that is, for him, he believes in adding in more efforts, don't settle on what you are doing, put in more efforts in everything you are doing, it is not just singing. (Kujiongeza, yaani yeye anaamini katika kujiongeza, kwamba usiamini unachokifanya, jieongeze katika kila unachokifanya, sio kuimba tu...)," said Lizer in an interview with Global TV Online, shared on YouTube this Monday.
The producer added that Diamond can pick issues with his crew when they don't dress up nicely.
