It is very important to go for an eye examination regularly to avoid future fatal problems with your vision. Usually, eye problems increase with age advancement.
Here are five signs you could be experiencing eye problems.
1. Blurred or double vision
Normal eyes should have clear vision. However, when you notice that you begin to have smoky vision or rather blurred vision, chances are that you could be having eye troubles specifically with your eye cataracts. Double vision is another sign of eye problems.
2. Pain around the eyes
Eye problems often manifest through pain around either or both of your eyeballs. These could be as a result of nerve sensitivity around the eyes.
3. Eyestrain
If you strain while reading stuff from your computer or phone, or while driving then your eyes need to rest. However, if this problem is persistent such that your eyes are consistently weary then you'll need to see your doctor.
4. Red eyes
What makes your eyes red? Your eyes are covered by blood vessels called capillaries. These blood cells expand when they are irritated or infected. This gives your eyes the red look and you'll need to make an appointment with a doctor.
5. Dry eyes
Dry eyes syndrome is caused by production of less tears by the eye. This keeps the eyes dry and usually, one feels burning or stinging sensation in the eye while blinking. See a doctor if you have been experiencing any or all of these symptoms.
