Tanzanian star singer and founder of WCB record label Diamond Platnumz, has accused his colleague, Harmonize, of being greedy.
This is according to a recent video shared on Instagram by Urban News 254 where the 'Kanyaga' hitmaker called out Harmonize while performing his song 'Baila'.
Diamond twisted the lyrics of the original song to include the part of Harmonize being greedy.
"You know the behaviour of musicians; they are full of greed. Especially the likes of Harmonize, they are full of greed (Si unajua wanamziki vitabia vyao wamejawa tamaa hasa walee kina Harmonize wamejawa tamaa)," Diamond stated while performing.
The accusations come amid allegations that Harmonize is planning to leave WCB record label. The 'Kwangwaru' singer who enjoys a huge following in Kenya has, however, not officially addressed the allegations.
Harmonize once got angry when a journalist asked him about the alleged growing rift at WCB.
Harmonize's manager, Mkubwa Fella recently advised him against leaving WCB if he was satisfied with what he was getting at the record label.
"I know an artist has the ability to make decisions that will grow him but my son when you are comfortable wherever you are, stay there (Najua msanii ana maamuzi ya ukuwaji maendeleo ila mwanangu ukiona ulipo inatosha sawa)," part of Fella's advice on Instagram addressed to Harmonize read.
Harmonize commands a sizable fan base in Kenya. He has worked with various Kenyan artistes like Willy Paul with whom they produced the song 'Pilipili'.
