Kisii Rocky driving school manager Abel Onchari while addressing bodaboda officials on Wednesday in Kisii town said it is not the company's fault nor the MP's fault for the riders not to get the licences after undergoing the training.

Mr Onchari claimed that the delay in issuing the licences to riders was due to the National Transport and Safety Authority's server failure to work.

"NTSA server is down to produce the papers so that we can issue the licences to bodaboda riders who the MP helped to undergo training. Riders should not blame the MP or Rocky Driving school," he stated.

The official further said training centres across the county will be opened starting today, Thursday for riders who are yet to complete their training to continue.

"Training centres were closed because we expecting to get the licences for the riders who have already completed training but, now the NTSA servers are down we will go on with the training as we wait for NTSA to sort out the issue," he stated.
