The Harambee Starlets are set to stage a trophy parade on Tuesday after beating Tanzania 2-0 to lift the CECAFA Women's Challenge trophy at the Azam Sports Complex.
They are set to arrive in Kenya in the morning with their trophy parade departing from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) at exactly 10 am.
It will move along Mombasa Road towards the Central Business District and then connect to Thika Road.
The Starlets will then head towards Utalii Hotel, just a few kilometres from the city centre.
It is at Utalii Hotel where they will be treated to a luncheon, a befitting treatment for their impeccable performance and unblemished victory in Tanzania.
The trophy parade was revealed by the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Monday evening just moments after the Starlets were declared victors.
"FKF has lined up a trophy tour for the #HarambeeStarlets starting from the airport at 10 am, onto Mombasa Road, through the CBD and onto Thika Road after which the team will be treated to a luncheon at the Utalii Hotel, " FKF wrote on Facebook.
The Starlets dethroned the Kilimanjaro Queens of Tanzania as the champions of the CECAFA Women's Challenge.
The Monday final was a replay of 2016 final that saw Tanzania prevail over Kenya.
