In a press conference, the politicians,  the so-called Tangatanga MPs, led by Senate Majority leader Kipchumba Murkomen, said that they will also be organizing some BBI consultative meetings in future, a statement which came as a surprise especially in the political circles.

While mocking Murkomen's declaration, MP Odhiambo wondered what had changed with Tangatanga camp's position that BBI meetings were a waste of taxpayers' money.

"It has stopped being a waste of taxpayers' money?" the vocal legislator posed in a post on her Facebook page, Tuesday.

During the first BBI consultative forum that was held in Kisii County,  the DP criticized the meeting, calling it a waste of taxpayers' money.

His backers were not left behind either as they further accused ODM leader Raila Odinga of hijacking BBI process.

When the Kakamega meeting happened on Saturday, just like the Kisii one, the pro-Ruto camp gave it a wide berth.

However, they made a U-turn on Tuesday when they vowed to attend all future meetings starting with Mombasa on Saturday.
