1. Look for the texture of the beef. 

A fresh one should be moist. Be keen when observing the texture because it might be baffling. Bear in your mind that a spoiled meat has no moist at all and its texture is so slimy and sticky.

2. Examine the color of the beef. 

Beef is a red meat and obviously, it should be red in color with creamy white fat on some sections. Here, you will need to magnify your eyes a little beat. Any discoloration or traces of brown or grey color should shed light to you the meat is not fresh as you may think. 

Try reconfirming again before you end up purchasing something that may cause more harm than good. 

3. Press the meat firmly with your finger
