Mwangi questioned why the office of the Director of Criminal investigations is yet to address the matter.

The incident occurred in Thika as police tried to arrested the investor for allegedly discharging sewage into a river.

In the video, police attempt to arrest several men including a Chinese man, but he quickly grabs the gun from one of the officers. The security officers try to calm him down but he is infuriated.

"A Chinese investor operating Benco Investment Ltd based in Thika town, was arrested for directing raw sewage and industrial chemical waste into Chania river. He fought police officers during the arrest @NPSOfficial_KE @NziokaWaita. @DCI_Kenya where is his mugshot? @ODPP_KE," Mwangi posted.

"Imagine you're a poor Kenyan and the police come to arrest you: And you try grab their gun?You will be shot dead. If you're Chinese, white, a drug lord, politician or very rich you can do whatever you want and @PoliceKE @DCI_Kenya @NPSOfficial_KE will handle you with kid gloves," he said.
