The report is expected to be handed over to President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga on Tuesday.

According to Duale who is also the National Assembly majority leader, if the report fails to address inclusivity and ethnic antagonism, then history will judge the President harshly and that Kenyans will not forgive him.

"If President Uhuru fails to bring inclusivity, and end ethnic antagonism, and unite Kenyans, BBI report will be a farce. BBI was borne to bring national ethos, end corruption and divisive politics. If resources and power will not distributed equally and horizontally, there will be no peace and tranquility in Kenya. BBI shall have taken Kenyans for a ride (sic)," Duale was quoted by the Standard.

Politicians allied to Deputy President William Ruto including Duale, have on many occasions expressed their resistance to the BBI initiative, saying that they will only support it if it will address the issues affecting Kenyans.
