Deputy President William Ruto has a history of breaking parties or sabotaging them from within that ODM leader Raila Odinga, a US based activist has said.
Mr Ombori Monari, who also doubles as the leader of Abagusii community in the US, said Ruto should desist from dragging Mr Odinga's name whenever he's making political statements.
According to him, Ruto weakened KANU before breaking URP and frustrating ODM party from within in the last 15 years. He said the DP should be avoided on party issues.
"There is no dangerous person when it comes to breaking of parties than DP Ruto. He started but weakening KANU from within. We saw him sabotaging ODM from within.
"Even more recently, we have seen him breaking URP party for Jubilee. He has no audacity to lecture Raila Odinga on matters party democracy. He is the list qualified person," he argued.
Before joining ODM in 2007, Ruto was the Secretary General of KANU. He left ODM in 2012 for URP. The URP was merged with other parties in 2017 to form Jubilee party.
In recent weeks, the DP has been accusing Mr Odinga of plotting to break the Jubilee party, a claim President Uhuru Kenyatta dismissed recently as childish.
For Mr Monari, a veteran ODM supporter, DP William Ruto may find himself without a party soon if he cannot change his ways of handling serious political issues.
