Peter Blessing who left his home in Taita Taveta a year ago and travelled to Nairobi to search for Bahati has finally recorded his first song dubbed 'Nasubiri bado'.
The song is based on his life as it talks about the hardships that he has gone through while in search of success.
Bahati on the other hand took to his Instagram page and revealed that the response from Peter Blessing's song was overwhelming.
"Help ONE so that They may help TWO Tomorrow🙏 Thank you Lovely People for the Love You've Shown to @PETERBLESSINGMUSICfirst Song Release ❤️ Never Launched a New Artiste’s and Receive Such Response & Love as Today's @PETERBLESSINGMUSIC," Bahati wrote on Instagram.
Peter also took to his newly-created Instagram page and appreciated the support that he was so far receiving.
"Thank you Kenyans for the Mad Love and (na) Support. Really Feeling it. #NASUBIRIBADOwimbo wangu Mpya KABISA ," Peter Blessing's Instagram post read.
Forced by hardships to drop out of school, Peter left his home village for Nairobi. His dream was to meet Bahati.
He ended up working as a watchman as he failed to meet the EMB records boss. He, however, met him one year later.
Bahati recently stated that Peter who has been signed under EMB records has so far recorded three songs. He is also planning to take the young artiste back to school.
