Murder suspect Jacque Maribe wants the court to punish the Director of Public Prosecutions Noordin Haji and DCI George Kinoti if found in contempt of court.
The ex-TV journalist wants the court to find out if the two are in contempt of court for allegedly failing to hand over her Langata rental house as directed by the court.
Maribe, who was charged alongside her lover Joseph Kuria Irungu over the callous murder of a Nairobi businesswoman, also says the two offices have refused to release her phone, sim cards, memory sticks as well as her car.
Crime busters impounded her car and told the court that Irungu was driving the car the night the businesswoman was killed and visited her apartment in it.

He is the chief suspect in the murder.
Maribe, through her lawyer Katwa Kigen, wants a six-month imprisonment for KInoti and DPP if found guilty in the matter.
“Punishment(s) be meted out to the contemnors for their imprisonment for a period of up to six months and or a fine of Sh200,000 or otherwise as the court may deem fit, just and fair for the integrity of the court proceeding…” says in a statement.
Maribe was released by the high court on a Sh1 million bail.
Her co-accused is still behind bars as the prosecutor convinced the court that he can intimidate witnesses as well as being a flight risk.
